OFF SEASON: LABOR DAY-MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: $350/NIGHT 2 NIGHT MIMIMUM

 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and LABOR DAY WEEKEND:$450/NIGHT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM

PEAK SUMMER SEASON- 2,100/WEEK (FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENAL ONLY)

HOLIDAY WEEKS (JULY 4TH AND COAST GUARD WEEKS) 2,400/WEEK 

Payment of half down is required to hold the dates with remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival
